Every day, we passionately prepare our recipes using local raw materials before canning them. Come and visit us in our shop and see how we make them!

We are a small traditional canning factory located in Vinezac, 10 km from Aubenas. We develop our recipes with passion every day, offering a range of preserves from aperitifs to desserts (rillettes & terrines, vegetable verrines, sauces & mustards, ready meals, cakes, chestnut cream, jams...). We select our raw materials locally, then process them to create recipes that are as natural as possible: no preservatives, no colourings, no additives and gluten-free. We put local specialities in jars! From our shop, you can watch Marc & Onésime cooking in our workshop.

To complete our range of 'home-made' preserves, we also offer local & natural wines, whiskies, local beers, a delicatessen, charcuterie & cheese area...
