Free parking, limited to 7 days, ideally located at the start or finish of the Via Ardèche. The surroundings are decidedly urban and commercial, but services are available: bicycle shelters, toilets, shops just steps away.

No flowery meadows or views of the gorges here. The Aubenas bus station parking lot is located in the heart of a commercial area on Chemin de la Plaine, with all the concrete and traffic that entails. But for cyclists on the Via Ardèche, this is precisely one of its advantages: everything is accessible, right away. Free and limited to 7 days, this parking lot is a good option for starting or ending a route. Bike parking spaces and lockers are available on site. The nearby bus station offers restrooms, a waiting room, vending machines, and electrical outlets, open on weekdays.

Note: in this area, the Via Ardèche shares the road with car traffic. Nothing insurmountable, but it's best to be aware of it and pay attention when crossing. For other needs, the adjacent commercial area more than makes up for the lack of charm: supermarkets, fast food, a pharmacy... everything you might desperately need after three days of camping.
