Producer direct sales. Visit to the craft beer factory. Traditional beers (Blond'07 Amb' beer, Brune B'10, Blanch'07, Paleo) Special beers (chestnuts, bilberries, nougat, chestnut honey, Green-Freeze). Taste the Ardèche®.
Christian Bourganel, an enterprising innovator with a love of beer and the Ardèche, came up with a solution to promote these two elements. After a few months of reflection and work with the IFBM (Institut Français de Brasserie et Malterie) in Nancy, the result in 1997 was the Ardèche fruit beers La Brimbel and La Combel, initially brewed by Brasserie Castelain, but with the stated aim of creating a microbrewery in the Ardèche. The brewery moved to Vals les Bains in 2000, and the beers were renamed "Bière Bourganel aux myrtilles de l'Ardèche" and "Bière Bourganel aux marrons de l'Ardèche" in order to develop a brand. On 1 June 2000, Brasserie Bourganel introduced its first Ardèche brew to local customers, Bière Blonde Ardéchoise. Given the success of these beers, Brasserie Bourganel acquired new, more efficient equipment in 2004, and has expanded every year since.
