Summer Trail 8 - Lakes of Les Menuires

This stunning hike starts from the summit of the Pointe de la Masse, accessible via the gondola lift of the same name. The route leads to three high-altitude lakes set in a wild, rugged, and unspoiled landscape, offering views of the Vanoise and Mont Blanc.

The trail gradually descends toward the three iconic high-altitude lakes of the area:
Lac Longet (2,532 m), nestled in a natural cirque,
Lac Noir (2,471 m), deep and mysterious,
Lac Crintallia (2,420 m), more discreet but equally wild.
Throughout the hike, walkers are immersed in a high-mountain atmosphere, surrounded by rocks, snow patches, and breathtaking panoramas.
