Mountain Bike Route No. 1 – The Balconies of Mont Blanc

A relatively easy trail that follows a track between Le Bettex and the Plateau de la Croix. The route alternates between clearings offering splendid views of the Mont Blanc massif and sections through the forest.

From Le Bettex, set off with a stunning view of Mont Blanc. The route quickly leads into the forest via the multi-purpose track heading towards the Plateau de la Croix. With unobstructed views and pleasant shaded sections under the trees, this gently undulating route offers an accessible and rejuvenating walk. At the end of the walk, enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Plateau de la Croix.

Starting point: Le Bettex

From the Le Bettex cable car, take the multi-purpose track towards the Plateau de la Croix (below the Le Bettex mini-golf course).

Follow the multi-purpose track to Les Orgères.

After the hamlet of Les Orgères, turn right to continue along the multi-purpose track.

At Longemalle, turn right towards the Plateau de la Croix.

Follow the path to the Plateau de la Croix.
