Les Dôdes

From the village, on the southern side, set off with your family on a nice walk into the woods and along meadows.

Easy and varied circuit route through forests and meadows.

0/ Planay bridge (Alt 1250) at Les Dodes
From the bridge in the Planay district (after the Sherpa mini-market at the top), take the path which climbs along the stream, then zigzags in the forest. Higher up at the fork in the road, continue to the left, to climb through meadows and reach the chalet des Dôdes.

1/ From Les Dodes (Alt. 1380) to La Traye
A track goes down quietly to the crossroads of the ski slopes.
Cross the torrent, take the right bank track which leads to the hamlet of La Traye.

2/ From La Traye (Alt 1380) to the gondola
Cross the hamlet then go down the track which leads quietly to the gondola.

The itinerary can also be done in the opposite direction (easier route from the bottom of the cable car).
