This new restaurant celebrates seasonal produce in an elegant setting that blends Belle Époque heritage with contemporary design, complemented by a terrace offering stunning views of the lake.

The Hébrard restaurant welcomes you from 6th July at 7p.m. for an elevated culinary experience, be it lunch, dinner, or an aperitif. The new place to be in Évian, it instinctively finds its place in the heart of the Casino.

Hébrard showcases bistronomic, seasonal cuisine, where the classics are given a refined twist – from freshwater perch fillets to Regency-style fillet of French beef. An original and exclusive drinks menu, featuring local producers, is the finishing touch.

Overlooking Lake Geneva, its natural light, view and atmosphere combine to create the perfect place not only to savour the dishes but to linger in good company.
