Description
Walnut oil mill from the 18th century, in use until 1955, completely renovated. Pressing, demonstration of walnut oil production with commentary.
One of the last witnesses of the numerous mechanisms that marked out the course of the Eau Blanche, this mill is mapped on the Sardinian land register of 1729. Its mechanism is unique.

As part of the Heritage Days, the walnut oil mill will open its doors on September 18, 2022 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, with free visits. A demonstration of walnut oil pressing will be programmed this day at 3:00 pm.
