How can we reduce our carbon footprint? Let’s understand, experiment, and decide together.
The average carbon footprint of a French person is about 9 to 10 metric tons of CO₂ equivalent per year. To meet the goals of the Paris Agreement and limit global warming, it will need to drop to around 2 metric tons per person by 2050 (hence the name of this workshop).
This order of magnitude serves as the central theme of the workshop.
To participate in the workshop, you must have calculated your own carbon footprint; you will receive a link once you have registered.
This workshop will be led by Charlotte Mérand, an in-house “2 tonnes” facilitator at the Red Cross, and Lorris Amathieu, a consultant in organizational transformation and a professional facilitator of workshops raising awareness about the ecological transition.
The workshop consists of:
Individual rounds: You’ll choose individual actions to reduce your carbon footprint.
Group rounds: As decision-makers, you’ll work as a group to select actions to implement that will invest in national levers applicable to the entire country.
