Lecture by Jean-Marie Ruiz

November 3, 2026: the date of the so-called “midterm” congressional elections, because they take place two years after the reelection of Donald Trump, who was elected to a four-year term.
Traditionally unfavorable to the president due to
the wear and tear of power that almost automatically affects him, these elections are particularly anticipated given the transformative nature of the policies
pursued over the past two years.
The conference will offer an analysis of the results and likely consequences.
