A true cornerstone of Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc’s sporting heritage, the Montée du Nid d’Aigle remains true to its original route. This timeless course makes it a must-attend event for mountain specialists and high-altitude running enthusiasts.

Starting from the Parc Thermal du Fayet, runners set off on a demanding climb to the Nid d'Aigle refuge, at the entrance to the Mont Blanc access route—where the mountaineers’ adventure begins. A majestic finish that gives this race its legendary status.

The return trip is via the iconic Mont-Blanc Tramway, a unique hallmark of this historic race.
