Discover Emotional Training, a 21-day programme focused on working with emotions and emotional detox.
Participants are supported throughout the programme via a WhatsApp group designed for sharing, support and guidance, which encourages discussion and fosters a sense of community.
Over the course of the 21 days, the programme offers a practice centred on the season of water, inviting you to go with the flow, refocus and allow a new inner dynamic to emerge.
