The voices of the two sopranos rise and mingle with the sound of the harp, Irish flutes and bagpipes, for a moment of peace, escape and grace. Ensemble Ceiltika was formed in the Var region of France in 2013, and has evolved through encounters and friendships between musicians from classical and traditional music backgrounds. The repertoire is made up of instrumental pieces and songs, mainly from Ireland, but also from Scotland, Brittany and Galicia, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
