During the yoga session, the masseur intervenes as needed in order to unblock and help the awareness of the body's blockages during the yoga session.
Group lessons in the Salle Mauve in Valmorel from January to March.

One price: 33 € (group lessons (minimum of 3 people).
- 45€/person private lesson for 2 people.
- 122€ subscription card for 4 CO sessions. Valid from January to March for you and your friends in group lessons.).
