As a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I welcome you to the l'Equilibre health and well-being centre in Valmorel.

Traditional Chinese medicine has been practised for thousands of years and is recognised by the WHO. What makes it so special is its personalised, holistic approach to the individual.
This medicine makes no distinction between the body and the mind, so it can be used to treat both physical and psychological disorders, such as :

• Musculoskeletal disorders: joint and muscle pain (osteoarthritis, tendinopathy, lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain and chronic pain).
• Stress, anxiety and sleep problems: Chronic stress and anxiety, insomnia and sleep disorders.
• Digestive problems: Chronic digestive disorders (bloating, constipation, diarrhoea), gastritis and gastro-oesophageal reflux.
• Respiratory problems: Asthma, seasonal allergies, chronic sinusitis, bronchitis. Frequent colds and weakening of the immune system.
• Gynaecological problems: Menstrual problems (pain, irregularity). Premenstrual syndrome, menopause, infertility and hormonal disorders.
• Headaches and migraines.
• Energy disorders and chronic fatigue: Feeling of exhaustion, low energy or disorders linked to overwork.
• Dermatological conditions: Eczema, psoriasis, hives or acne.
• Various functional disorders: TCM is also indicated for pain or symptoms not explained by Western medicine.
