Museum of popular traditions

Located in the beautiful old archbishop’s palace, this museum gives an insight into rural civilisation in the Tarentaise : agricultural activities, vineyards, school, costumes, religious art, crafts… the story of Savoie’s population in a bygone age.

Eight exhibition rooms and a teaching place, a thousand objects to go back in time.
Guided tours and conferences are organized on request for groups by the Savoie Mont Blanc Heritage Guides.
