Massage The massages I offer invite you to let go and relax. It's an opportunity to take care of yourself. There are few, if any, protocols here, because I'm committed to offering you unique massages which, thanks to a subtle combination of several techniques, will be tailored to your needs and expectations at the time. I take the time to listen to you, so that together we can build a massage that suits you. I work in and around Aubenas or at home. Psycho-corporal support After a period of verbal exchange, I help you to make the links between your psychological problems and your body. I then use my hands to listen to your body express itself and guide me towards the cause of its functional imbalance, whether physical, psychological or emotional, in order to make the most specific adjustment. With a gentle touch and light movements, awareness can be raised and deep patterns gently released. This therapeutic approach helps the body to optimise its self-regulation capacities.
