The Bois de Cythère, listed as a Savoie natural heritage site since 1906, is a forest area in the commune of Brides-les-Bains.
With its shady undergrowth hiking trail, the Bois de Cythère is a popular spot for walkers in Savoie. At the bend of a river (Doron des Allues) or at the mercy of animal encounters, it offers magnificent views of the Grand Bec and the neighbouring peaks of the Parc de la Vanoise.
