Baptism in apnea

Benjamin Allègre opened this school to enable everyone to discover apnea and thus enjoy a new sport on Lake Geneva. As a mental and physical trainer, he can accompany his students whatever their level.

Apnée Léman ensures that everyone has their own preparation time in the dry (stretching, meditation, warm-up, mental preparation...), as well as their own practice time in the water (sessions of up to 2h00 depending on the number of people).
Thanks to small groups, you'll benefit from special attention and attention during your sessions. It's the ideal way to ask questions, discover freediving and make progress.
In summer, you can find Apnée Léman at the Evian Nautical Center.
Other activities on offer: cold management, freediving under ice, team building, introductory target shooting, aquatic exam preparation.
