Nice family apartment of 85 square meters furnished in the spirit of an authentic alpine chalet with wooden interior in a well-kept block of flats. The apartment is located at 5 minutes’ walk from the city center and at less than 8 minutes’ walk from thecable car giving access to the large ski area « Evasion Mont Blanc » and Le Fayet.

On the first floor of a block, the apartment is made up of:

• A large sunny living-room, facing south-west, with a lovely view of the Mont Joly, it is furnished with a sofa bed (full bed size 55X75 inches), the room is opening to a balcony (deck chairs provided),
• A functional kitchen, well-lit and fully equipped
• Three bedrooms whose the first includes a full XL bed sizing 55X80 inches and having a panoramic view of Aravis and Fiz range and the St Gervais village, the second includes bunk twin XL beds of three places sizing 35X80 inches and the last one includes a queen bed of 63X80 inches.
• Two bathrooms of which one includes a WC and a separate WC
  The apartment is connected by Wifi to internet, TV channels and local phone network.
  A private covered parking space is at your disposal, and if necessary, an additional outside car place is available in a visitor car places area.
  Downstairs, you would have a direct access to two private skis ‘compartments and to a warm cellar (in order to dry your ski boots!)
  Renting is normally covering 7 consecutive days during winter period and summer holidays.
  The apartment is a non-smoking area except on the balcony.
  Bed linen, bath towels and cleaning are as an extra.
